Supporting teachers to be amazing is my passion. I love teaching students and being in the heart of student learning is a wonderful place to be. Teaching teachers however, and supporting them to implement technology in their classrooms particularly, is where I think I am having the greatest impact as a professional.
Setting up Book Creator Learning Portfolios in the primary school was the goal I set for myself this year in collaboration with my Principal. Side Note: We have a mixed arrangement for iPads in the Primary school – 1-to-1 for Grade 4 and 5, 2-to-1 in grades 2 and 3, and a cart of 8 in grade 1. Early Years had the option to use the cart iPads also but never did (I focused more on whole class documentation with our Early Years class – more later).
Primary teachers will be having fun with @BookCreatorApp tomorrow afternoon @AMADEUS_Vienna Here is a sneak peak! (Love this music so much) #classroomclips #AppleEDUchat pic.twitter.com/HPBulAcR6w

To support the teachers during a PD session I made an interactive book in BookCreator. Below is the published link for the book so you can preview it and also the download link if you would like to edit it for your own context. If you do use it – please add the text below to credit me.
